The Art of Renewal
12.3.25 - 12.5.25

Hearth Summit Dallas is a three-day gathering that centers creativity, connection, and community to reimagine how we nurture human well-being and collective change. Set across dynamic, community-rooted venues, the summit brings together artists, educators, organizers, youth leaders, and changemakers to explore how emotional literacy, artistic expression, and well-being practices can shape more compassionate and creative communities.

Through immersive experiences—storytelling, performance, dialogue, and public art—participants engage in new approaches to well-being and social transformation, grounded in the lived realities of Dallas and linked to a global movement led by The Wellbeing Project.

Hearth Summit Dallas is more than a conference.

It is a shared space to explore the art of well-being, purpose, and possibility—where imagination is honored, healing is centered, and the arts are catalysts for reimagining how we live, work, and lead change together.

What is a Hearth Summit?

Every few years, the Wellbeing Project hosts a Global Hearth Summit. This award-winning, three-day gathering brings together 1,000+ changemakers to advance a hopeful vision of individual, collective and ecological wellbeing for all.

Regional Hearth Summits are smaller versions of the global event, hosted by local communities of changemakers who want to explore and embrace the wellbeing for social impact movement in their own countries. They offer deep conversations, immersive arts experiences, hands-on workshops, cultural activities, and much more.

What is the schedule?

Wednesday, December 3: 4pm - 9pm

Thursday, December 4: 9am - 4pm + optional evening performance

Friday, December 5: 9am - 4pm + optional evening performance

The full schedule will be shared with attendees closer to the event.

What is the cost to attend? What is included in the registration fee?

Tickets are $299 and include full access to all three days of the summit. Your ticket covers admission to all performances, sessions, and workshops during the summit; entry to See Me, an original theater production created by OutLoud in partnership with Southern Methodist University; and Illuminated Voices, our signature spoken word event series at Meow Wolf Grapevine. A welcome dinner on Wednesday, December 3, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, are also included.

What do I do if I can’t afford a ticket?

We’re offering special discounted rates for artists and educators—please reach out to allison@weareoutloud.org if this applies to you. While we’re unable to offer travel stipends for this event, we do have a limited number of discounted and sponsored tickets available. If the registration fee poses a financial barrier, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How do I register?

Because space is limited, registration for the Hearth Summit is by invitation. We welcome interest from artists, educators, organizers, and changemakers from all backgrounds. To help us create a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative space, please complete our Express Your Interest Form. Selected participants will receive an email with a link to confirm their spot and purchase a ticket.

What if I can only come for one day? Do I still need to buy a ticket?

Attendance is for the full 3-day Summit. Single-day passes are not available.
